I can't remember when I didn't draw. I think I've always looked at the world through an artist's eye. As a kid, I spent a lot of time in the National Gallery in London just soaking it all in.

I studied art with an amazing teacher and artist, Dana John Steinheimer. He was one of the best! Sadly Dana passed away on September 13th, 2011. 

When I built my studio in the Spring of 1991, bees built a hive in the dormer and have come back every year since, that's why I call it the Bee Hive Cottage Studio and the bees are my inspiration to creatively persevere no matter what.

My interests are varied, from women's spirituality, metaphysics, the natural sciences, archetypal psychology, Myth, Folk Lore and Fairy Tales of Britain, and of course Honey Bees. All of which, as you can see, turn up in my art.

When I'm not creating art, I coach and have had the honor to work with some amazingly talented Creatives. 

I feel so blessed to do what I do and to have the loving support of my family and friends.
